If a housing association does not already offer EV charging facilities, Aneo Mobility builds a charging facility tailored to your needs. If there is already a facility for all or some parking spaces, Aneo Mobility can take over the facility, expand and operate it.

Low fixed costs

Aneo Mobility finances and owns the facility, paying for the construction, electricity, network charges, operation, service and insurance. Aneo Mobility takes responsibility for making sure everything works. As such, the housing association pays a low, fixed and predictable amount per month. It is also possible to buy out the facility if necessary.

Management of administration

Charging facilities are administration-free for the board, with Aneo Mobility taking responsibility for all operations, maintenance and service. Aneo Mobility also takes care of all questions and needs from the residents of the property.

Electric vehicle charging for new buildings and businesses

Aneo Mobility assists new developments and companies with smart charging solutions. For these two sectors, Aneo Mobility focuses on the following aspects:

• Planning: A project manager is assigned and the work is planned together with the client.
• Work and costs: Aneo Mobility takes full responsibility. The developer takes no costs or risks.
• Charging parking spaces: All parking spaces are made ready for charging. The residents of the property do not pay any installation fees.
• Full management: Once the installation is complete, Aneo Mobility takes care of operation, maintenance and administration.

Electric car charging for residents

On the website, residents can easily get started with electric car charging by following 3 steps. However, this requires that the association they live in has chosen to install charging facilities from Aneo Mobility. Once an agreement is signed, Aneo Mobility prepares all parking spaces for charging.

Aneo Mobility's charging subscription corresponds to an annual mileage of about 1,200 km. As a resident, you can choose to change your subscription at any time, without a commitment period. Any unused electricity is carried over to the next month.
