Mofast

Mofast AB owns, develops and manages properties in the segments of community properties and residential properties in the Swedish real estate market. Customers are private care companies, municipalities, county councils, authorities and private tenants. Through active management and development of the property portfolio, Mofast creates value and stability for shareholders, tenants, employees and suppliers. On March 31, 2023, Mofast's property portfolio consisted of 82 properties with a total property value of approximately SEK 3.7 billion.

Solutions

Parkit has on behalf of Mofast taken over the parking management at 11 addresses around Stockholm. Here we will make sure that everything related to parking is optimized and runs smoothly for a total of about 1500 parking spaces. To meet Mofast's needs and overcome current problem areas, Parkit will take a holistic approach to the current parking situation with everything from management to analysis of existing spaces and installation of automatic gate openers and refreshment of parking spaces in the form of, among other things, line painting.

Digital cartyvy

To solve the problem of delineating parking spaces, Parkit draws parking areas and parking spaces with a digital map view. This allows us and Mofast to have a clear overview of all the parking spaces, allowing us to identify areas for improvement.

Filling up vacancies

Once we have a full overview of Mofast's areas, we will take the next step and ensure that empty spaces are filled in order to maximize the occupancy of the parking spaces. At the same time, in consultation with the customer, we will make sure to adjust the current contractual rents.

Optimize signage and draw new lines

Clear parking signs make it easy for visitors and residents to park in the area. With optimized signage, you also avoid misunderstandings, which results in satisfaction and, in the long run, profitability. At all 11 of Mofast's parking areas, Parkit will optimize and clarify everything related to parking signage. Here we will also ensure that new lines are drawn around the parking spaces.

Administrator access and statistics

Thanks to Parkit's flexible parking system, the administrators of each parking area can easily and smoothly see the occupancy of the parking spaces, which tenants rent which space, queue lists, etc. This gives all stakeholders a clear overview of all parking-related information.

Automatic door opening with ANPR

We use ANPR/LPR with several of our customers as part of our solution to monitor and manage parking lots. On behalf of Mofast, we will mainly focus on automatic barrier and garage door opening to give parkers easy access to their parking spaces.

ParkitRND and digital parking permits

Parkit will upload all customers' parking contracts in our system ParkitRND and link them to the respective location. Customers will then be invited to their respective parking permits, which they can easily administer on the phone or via the web, with the digital keys they need to access their space.

Frequent monitoring and patrolling

At Parkit we often talk about the "police effect" and the importance of being visible. Our controllers will therefore patrol the different parking areas with a high presence to ensure safety among parkers and correct parking.
